Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to support operational initiatives, business strategies, and investment decisions. Analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, identifying key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, delivering actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders. Conduct cost analysis, profitability assessments, and pricing evaluations to support business objectives. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, engineering, research, and other functional teams to evaluate projects and improve financial outcomes. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliations, validations, and reporting improvements. Assist with audits, compliance activities, internal controls, and adherence to corporate financial policies. Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance reporting efficiency and financial visibility. Present financial findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional partners. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, or related financial functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis techniques. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise financial platforms. Knowledge of cost accounting, operational finance, or manufacturing-related financial processes is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification or progress toward certification is a plus. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or operations-focused business environments. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and performance management practices.
