Use your nursing experience and education in a meaningful way by guiding the next generation of top-talent nurses! Conduct clinical rounds. Identify the individual and collective learning needs of staff. Use cutting-edge technology (e.g., online learning modules). Promote best clinical practices. Inspire award-winning nurses. Regularly evaluate staff competencies, and provide clinical mentorship and career guidance as needed. Participate in supporting new grads and our new hires on the off shift. This is a Full Time Night shift position, 4 days a week , varied start and end times with some off shift and weekend coverage . Preferred Criteria Master’s Degree in Nursing Education Experience in Teaching Basic Life Support Instructor Certification and PALS certification Required Criteria At least four years of adult critical care experience including precepting Master’s Degree in Nursing Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain) BCLS Instructor Certificate within 6 months of hire Specialty Certification within 6 months of hire Join a hospital where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
