Job Description The TS Field Specialist Trainee supports the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable PSD services to customers. The Trainee develops technical and operational knowledge through hands-on field experience, supports service delivery activities under the guidance of experienced Field Specialists, and learns to identify opportunities to improve service quality while managing risks during service delivery. Responsibilities Support the Field Specialist team in ensuring job deliverables are accurate and completed on time. Assist with service delivery execution under the supervision and guidance of experienced Field Specialists. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement activities. Support customer interactions and develop an understanding of customer requirements and company products and services. Learn and follow company and regulatory standards, including CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and support the implementation of action plans to improve performance. Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. Wear required PPE and comply with all HSE policies and procedures. Complete and maintain all required safety and technical training. Develop the technical, operational, and field skills required for the TS Field Specialist role through on-the-job training and practical experience. Qualifications Vocational school, associate degree in relevant areas. Good hands-on abilities coupled with strong analytical skills. Good English level SLB is an equal opportunity employer.
