Role Description This full-time, on-site Drivers role is based in Oxnard, CA and involves operating company trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving assigned routes, performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and following all federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Drivers interact with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery details, provide updates, and ensure accurate documentation of loads and deliveries. The role also includes maintaining clean, well-kept vehicles, reporting any mechanical issues promptly, and adhering to company safety policies and schedules. Qualifications Strong Truck Driving skills with experience operating commercial trucks safely and efficiently Valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record 2 year min experience Effective Communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, team members, and customers Customer Service skills to represent the company professionally during pick-ups and deliveries Knowledge of basic truck maintenance and ability to perform routine inspections Familiarity with DOT regulations and safe driving practices Ability to lift, secure, and handle freight as needed High school diploma or equivalent preferred Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on route needs
