Plumbing Project Manager | $100K–$130K We’re hiring a Plumbing Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. If you know how to keep jobs on track, manage field teams, and deliver quality installs—this is a strong opportunity with a company that values execution and growth. 💰 Compensation & Benefits $100,000 – $130,000 base salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays + PTO 401(k) with company match Long-term growth opportunities 🔧 What You’ll Do Manage plumbing construction projects from kickoff to closeout Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and GCs Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders Track job costs, production, and project performance Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to code Support project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders 🎯 What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of plumbing or MEP construction leadership experience Experience in project management, project engineering, or field leadership Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation, and sequencing Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and construction documents Experience with budgets, schedules, and project coordination Strong communication and organizational skills 💡 Why This Role Work on meaningful commercial projects , not small service work Join a team that values accountability and execution Clear path to grow into senior project management leadership Be part of a company with a strong reputation and steady pipeline Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
