HEICO Is Currently Recruiting a Staff Accountant For Its Corporate Team Based In Hollywood, Florida. In This Position, The Staff Accountant Will Likely Be primarily assisting with the books and records of multiple corporate departments which include but are not limited to preparation of month-end closing entries, account and inter-company reconciliations, daily cash reconciliations, and invoice coding. Understand and assist in the preparation and ongoing support of various allocations to the operating entities. Provide guidance and support for our consolidation reporting (Cognos / Planning & Analytics) and Fixed Asset Software (FAS) packages. Prepare supporting schedules for internal and external (SEC) reporting. Assist with various projects geared toward supporting our Corporate Finance Team such as testing of corporate level Sox Controls such as compliance with our A/R reserve policy, counting of physical inventory, and other subsidiary support functions. Assist with banking administration, which includes bank paperwork preparation for new bank accounts and changes in check signers.
