Teamwork: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items. Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift and carry more than 50 lbs all through the day). Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job. You’ll build skills in sales, negotiation, leadership, and operations — all transferable to long-term career growth.
