What We Offer SIGN ON BONUS!! - $1500 Sign-on bonus for Welders (with 6 mo. or greater previous equivalent production weld experience). $23.00 - $30.00 per hour dependent on experience Competitive pay & regularly benchmarked wages 401(k) with strong company match Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance Company‑paid life insurance HSA/FSA options PTO starting Day 1 8 paid holidays Wellness programs + frequent employee food events and activities About The Role The Welder I position is responsible for welding metal components using hand‑welding equipment and ensuring weld quality meets specifications. Key Responsibilities Perform welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Inspect and verify parts for accuracy Maintain consistent, high-quality welds Meet hourly and job‑based weld output goals Use common welding hand and power tools Qualifications High school diploma or GED Welding certificate or equivalent experience Working Conditions Industrial fabrication environment Exposure to weld fumes, noise, and heat Standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching required Full‑time, 40 hrs/week with possible overtime Equal Opportunity Employer Jtec is an equal opportunity employer.
