# Key Account Manager

Our client, a global leader in specialty chemicals and water treatment solutions, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships across Türkiye. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow strategic customer accounts across assigned territories. Develop long-term partnerships with industrial customers and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within existing and prospective accounts. Achieve sales revenue, profitability, and growth targets. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs. Support customers by providing consultative solutions for water treatment challenges. Collaborate closely with technical, operations, and customer support teams to ensure high service quality. Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities. Support the introduction of new technologies and solutions to the market. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans for management review. Coordinate with channel partners and distributors to maximize regional performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within water treatment, industrial chemicals, utility water, wastewater treatment, or closely related industries. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing key customer relationships. Ability to engage with both technical and procurement stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent English. Willingness to travel regularly. Valid driver's license.
