As a high-tech pediatric nurse, you’ve chosen a career that is both challenging and deeply rewarding—and our Transition Team allows you to make an even greater impact.   In this role, you will: Work in a collaborative, team-based environment as an extension of our HICU® team Provide skilled, high-quality care to pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes Support families during the critical early stages of home care Deliver hands-on training to caregivers and ongoing care teams   Why Join Our Transition Team?
