Branch Manager (Sales & Leadership)

Some of our most successful leaders have built their careers in retail, hospitality, and other fast-paced, customer-focused environments.   As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team, drive sales, build client relationships, and oversee the day-to-day success of your branch. You’ll use the same skills that make great retail and hospitality leaders successful: developing people, managing competing priorities, solving problems, creating an exceptional customer experience, and driving results.   Previous recruiting or staffing experience is not required. We’re looking for an experienced leader who knows how to motivate a team, think strategically, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to help grow the business.   If you’re ready to take your leadership experience in a new direction, this could be the opportunity for you.   You will: Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members. Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges. Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions. Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients   You have: Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong level of communication and effective delegation skills   Pay: Target salary range for this role is $92,000 - $110,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities.
