Recreation Aid (Facility Aid) NF-01

This position is located at USAG Rheinland-Pfalz • MWR, Sembach Fitness Facility, Sembach, Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of a fitness facility. Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory: provides information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery. Assists in setting up for instructors, contractors, events, athletic activities, and related functions. Assists with publicity of programs and events and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers and other promotional material. Issues/receives equipment to authorized users. Monitors fitness equipment condition; tracks maintenance and repair or replacement as appropriate. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Have related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to perform the duties of a recreation aid. Such duties could include: Provide information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery. Assisting in setting up for events; etc. Ability to obtain training certificates for the MWR Orientation Course and Customer Service within six (6) months of employment.
