Role Description This full-time Technician role is an on-site position located in St. Louis, MO. The Technician is responsible for performing pressure washing and exterior cleaning services at customer locations, including surfaces such as siding, driveways, walkways, decks, and commercial exteriors. Daily tasks include setting up and operating pressure washing equipment, mixing and applying cleaning solutions safely, and following company procedures to protect property and ensure quality results. The Technician will interact with customers on-site, answer basic service questions, and represent the company professionally. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment, loading and unloading trucks, following safety standards, and completing job documentation or checklists as required. Qualifications Ability to operate pressure washing and related exterior cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, with attention to detail and quality results. Basic mechanical aptitude for performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, and handling tools and supplies correctly. Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, respectful interaction with clients, and a professional, service-oriented attitude. Capability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliability and time management skills, with the ability to follow schedules, meet deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety, including following company safety guidelines, using personal protective equipment, and adhering to environmentally responsible practices. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or related trades is a plus but not required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred, with the ability to travel to job sites in the St. Louis, MO area.
