# Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Live Well Homecare

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct patient care including treatments and medications, evaluate interventions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice, and ensure patient safety and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a specialty training program, ability to float between multiple hospitals, and flexibility to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Key Duties: Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; educate patients and families; coordinate discharge planning; participate in quality and safety initiatives; and contribute to team goals in a clinical environment. Additional Info: Full-time (.9 FTE), 36 hours weekly, with 12-hour shifts and rotating schedules. Offers comprehensive benefits, incentive programs, and professional growth opportunities.
