About the Role We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Business Development Specialist to represent our clients within partnered retail locations. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will help expand our clients’ customer base by identifying new sales opportunities, building meaningful customer relationships, and driving revenue through targeted promotional campaigns. This position offers valuable experience across business development, sales, marketing, and customer relations , with opportunities to develop communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support overall business growth. We are currently hiring for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customer and sales opportunities within partnered retail locations Represent client brands through professional, engaging, and direct face-to-face customer interactions Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products and services Support sales and marketing teams in executing promotional campaigns designed to increase customer acquisition and revenue Participate in ongoing product and sales training to confidently communicate product and service offerings Track performance and use customer feedback to improve sales and engagement strategies Collaborate with team members to support client objectives and overall business-development initiatives Qualifications Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent required Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude Dependable, adaptable, and results-driven Demonstrated leadership potential and an interest in professional growth If you’re ready to build your experience in business, sales, and marketing , challenge yourself in a fast-paced environment, and be rewarded for your work ethic and results, we encourage you to apply today!
