Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Morton, United States location on 11 E. Jackson St. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our organization, delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing a variety of operational tasks. We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making every customer interaction memorable. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and accuracy Prepare and assemble products according to company standards and specific customer specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment that reflects our commitment to excellence Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods and support overall team goals Assist with cleaning and sanitation tasks to uphold store cleanliness and health standards Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed during daily operations Demonstrate problem-solving skills and resilience when addressing customer concerns or operational challenges Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with customers and team members Excellent customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding support and building positive relationships Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, order processing, and transaction management Ability to multitask efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly Team player mentality with a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and collaborative spirit Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Ability to follow directions, adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain organizational standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
