Role Overview The Parts Delivery & Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, shipping, and delivering parts. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping the warehouse organized, and ensuring customers and technicians receive the parts they need safely and on time. Key Responsibilities Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for shipment or pickup Deliver parts to customer job sites safely and professionally Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory Organize and maintain warehouse, yard, and storage areas Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy Document deliveries, shipments, and inventory transactions Support team goals and identify opportunities for improvement What We’re Looking For Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred Ability to operate a forklift or obtain certification Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years of age Basic computer skills Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull parts and materials throughout the workday Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for training, development, and career growth Why Kimball Equipment?
