• ALM Administration (troubleshooting server operations, maintenance, configuration)
• Project customization (template management, workflow coding)
• Requirements Management, Test Management, Defect Management best practices Performance Center:
• PC Administration (troubleshooting performance tests, hardware resources management)
• Performance testing best practices
• Performance scripting experience Unified Functional Testing Optional, in order of preference:
