# Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Trauma - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. Serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, the nurse ensures patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Responsibilities: Monitor, evaluate, and respond to patient conditions, assisting with care plans and promoting positive outcomes. Deliver safe, effective care following hospital policies, maintaining thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and incidents. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and facilitating communication among care team members. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals. Maintain professional licenses and certifications, engage in ongoing training, and pursue professional development opportunities. Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and upholding standards of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred). Current RN license (single or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
