Job Description Department Facilities Management Job Summary Helps maintain the grounds of the various Hospital properties following a planned grounds maintenance program. Helps monitor hospital properties for their irrigation, fertilization and pest control needs. Works with Lead to maintain a scheduled pressure washing regiment on hospital properties. Maintains landscaping tools and equipment and orders supplies as needed. Required Qualifications Requires experience working in the landscaping/grounds care field (primarily in grounds maintenance of large resort or institutional properties). Preferred Qualifications Prefer familiarity with computers and related software (Windows Operating Systems). Prefer familiarity with codes applicable to field and industry. Prefer irrigation system maintenance / repair experience. Prefer proficiency in written and verbal communication. Prefer the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prefer working knowledge of hand tools pertinent to trade(s). Prefer three (3) years of experience, preferably in large plant operations.
