We are hiring a Preowned Manager to join our team!  The Preowned Manager is responsible for optimizing sales and profitability while overseeing and managing the operations of our preowned vehicle department. The Preowned Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, achieving targets and ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing leadership and effective business practices. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales of preowned vehicles. Manage inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability. Hire, train and develop a team of automotive sales consultants. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved. Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
