JOB DESCRIPTIO N This position is responsible for researching, screening, interviewing, and referring candidates toclients to fill open job orders when and where they are needed. They perform business developme ntto obtain new clients and serve as account managers for clients. The person in this role mu stexercise organizational skills and independent judgment based on training and experience toevaluate whether prospective candidates will meet the needs of the client, while taking j obrequirements, expectations, physical environment, and other relevant factors into consideratio n.
• Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to build a robust client network. Th isinvolves identifying and contacting businesses that may benefit from recruiting service s.
• Leverage a combination of market research, networking, and outreach to create grow thopportunities for your book of busines s.
• Assess the needs of potential clients and match them with suitable candidates. Th isincludes understanding the client's industry and specific requirement s.
• Source quality candidates through database prospect lists, job postings, referrals, a ndgeneral applicant s.
• Phone screen candidates to gather information in determining a candidate/client mat chand assume responsibility for the resolution of call s.
• Submit compatible candidates to clients in a timely manner, generally the same day t heorder is receive d.
• Schedule interviews throughout process, maintain details in client/candidate tracki ngsystem, and file documents corresponding to applicants, clients, contests, and other tas ksas requested by managemen t.
• Perform reference and background checks on applicants, when applicabl e.
• Handle negotiations related to job placements, ensuring that both client and candida teneeds are met. This involves resolving any recruitment-related issues quickly a ndefficientl y.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed advice to client s,helping align recruitment strategies with market demand s.
• Develop trust and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients by setti ngrealistic expectations and coaching for success throughout placements proces s.
• Communicate daily with supervisors regarding clients and open order s.
• Attend daily team meetings as assigned by reporting Manager and Associate Manager s.
• Complete extensive work with a computer and a computer screen and ability to follow or alinstructio ns
• Execute extensive tasks on a computer and monitor while adhering to verbal instruction s.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and provide backup to other recruiters or teams as neede d.
• Maintain integrity and professional communication with all decisions and actions related tothe busines s.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and requirement s.
• Work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environme nt
• Have substantial access to personal information of candidates and customers (includi ngbut not limited to address and contact information) as well as customer and compa nyconfidential informatio n. Please note that other duties may be assigned as neede d JOB REQUIREMEN TS
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent requi red
• 6 months recruiting experience OR 1 year relevant B2B sales experience requi redQUALIFICATI ONSCompetency Statement( s):
