About This Position This entry-level role provides hands-on support to clients while keeping service requests organized and moving forward. Your focus Serve as an accessible point of contact for clients Clarify needs and communicate available solutions Coordinate follow-up and internal handoffs Maintain accurate notes and service updates On-site expectation This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
