# Warehouse Order Selector

Role Overview: Keep communities fed by selecting, organizing, and preparing frozen products for delivery. This physically active position is ideal for upbeat, active individuals seeking above-average income and work-life balance. Responsibilities: Picking items using order sheets or headsets, stacking and wrapping pallets, ensuring order accuracy, operating equipment like pallet jacks, performing safety inspections, and adhering to safety standards. The role involves frequent lifting, walking up to 12 miles daily, and handling products weighing up to 60 lbs or more. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to follow safety procedures, handle sharp objects safely, and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods. Compensation & Benefits: Training provided; earn up to $26/hr during training and up to $33/hr post-training with incentives. Full-time role with benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and employee discounts. Location: Brattleboro, VT.
