For our client, we are seeking a Director, Compensation to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead executive and board compensation strategy, governance, and program design for senior leadership. You will partner closely with executive leadership and the Compensation Committee to provide market-informed recommendations and ensure compensation practices remain competitive and compliant. The position plays a key role in shaping base pay and incentive programs that support talent attraction, retention, and sound governance. Location: Minneapolis, MN • US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $390,000 – $520,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the design and governance of executive compensation programs for senior leadership. Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic recommendations on compensation. Support Compensation Committee activities, including meeting preparation and regulatory disclosures. Monitor and analyze compensation trends and shareholder expectations for compliance. Design and implement base pay and incentive programs to attract and retain talent. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration. 7-10 years of experience in executive and board compensation is essential. Experience managing complex compensation structures and governance frameworks. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in compensation practices is required.
