Senior Research Analyst

As BtcTurk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., we offer a next-generation investment platform through the BtcTurk | Hisse mobile application, enabling users to trade easily and efficiently in domestic and international capital markets. Bringing BtcTurk’s technological leadership and financial expertise in the cryptocurrency space to traditional investment instruments, the platform aims to provide investors with a fully digital and user-centric experience. We are looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team. Responsibilities: Produce regular research on Borsa İstanbul and international exchanges (US and other developed/emerging markets), as well as macroeconomics and sectors: daily bulletin, weekly strategy note, thematic and periodic reports. Conduct company and sector analysis on BIST-listed and selected international companies; build financial models, valuations and forecasts, and maintain the coverage/watch list. Translate research output into client-facing content; work with Marketing on reports, videos, webinars, social media and investor education material. Provide analytical support to the domestic and international product and commercial teams, generating insight on new market and instrument opportunities, the competitive landscape and investor behaviour. Manage data vendors and the research data infrastructure; standardise research methodology, sourcing and publication workflows. Ensure all published research complies with regulation and internal compliance rules in coordination with the Compliance unit; represent the firm's market view in media and investor events where required. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment research, capital markets, or brokerage. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Borsa İstanbul, international markets, macroeconomics, and sector analysis. Experience in financial modelling, valuation, forecasting, and investment analysis. Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills. Knowledge of capital markets regulations and compliance requirements.
