Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager responsible for overseeing HR operations and partnering with management on staffing, policies, compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities Include Developing and executing staffing plans and onboarding processes for all employee levels. Leading employee relations efforts and resolving issues through investigations. Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and communicating HR-related updates. Training management in interviewing, performance reviews, counseling, and regulatory compliance. Managing HR metrics and maintaining accurate employee records. Participating in corporate HR projects and fostering positive employee relations. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years HR experience, including employment relations and investigations. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. Experience managing union environments essential. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
