As our next Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first and last impression clients have of our hospital. You'll play a vital role in creating outstanding client experiences while helping pets receive the care they need. Why All Pets Animal Hospital? A Hospital Focused on Teamwork We've intentionally created a more structured and supportive workflow that allows every team member to excel in their role: Reception teams focus on client service and communication Technicians handle patient triage and nursing care Veterinarians focus on diagnostics and treatment planning This approach allows for better efficiency, less chaos, and a better experience for both clients and staff. Modern Technology That Makes Your Job Easier We use innovative tools such as: Online appointment scheduling Digital client communications Online payment capabilities Streamlined practice management software Our goal is to eliminate unnecessary frustrations so our team can focus on patient and client care. What You'll Do Create exceptional experiences for clients and their pets from check-in through check-out Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with scheduling appointments Help educate pet owners about services, preventive care, and hospital offerings Maintain accurate medical records and client information Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with technicians and veterinarians Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and support quality patient care Process payments and balance daily transactions Assist with prescription pick-ups and retail purchases Address client concerns professionally and compassionately Support a culture of teamwork, positivity, and excellent customer service What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Previous customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and practice management software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Veterinary reception or veterinary CSR experience Experience working in a medical or hospitality setting Knowledge of veterinary terminology Familiarity with appointment scheduling and client communication systems The Ideal Candidate You'll thrive here if you: Enjoy helping people and their pets Stay calm and organized during busy periods Communicate with empathy and professionalism Love being part of a team-oriented environment Take pride in providing exceptional service Are eager to learn and grow within veterinary medicine Our Culture Our team knows that great medicine starts with great people.
