Technical Product Manager

Technical Product Manager Wilmington, DE A global financial services organization is investing heavily in its next-generation HR data ecosystem and is hiring multiple Data / Technical Product Managers to help build and scale enterprise data products. This is not a traditional feature-focused Product Manager role. We're looking for technically minded product professionals who understand how data moves through platforms, pipelines, governance frameworks, and analytics ecosystems. You'll work closely with Data Engineering, BI, AI/ML, Architecture, and business stakeholders to build high-impact data products used across the employee lifecycle. What You'll Do Own discovery, requirements, backlog management, and delivery execution Translate business problems into epics, features, and user stories Partner with engineering teams on data onboarding and product delivery Drive governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality initiatives Support modern cloud-based data platforms and analytics environments Connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes What We're Looking For 2+ years (Associate) or 3-5 years (Senior Associate) experience Data Product Management, Technical Product Management, Data Governance, Analytics Product, or similar backgrounds Strong understanding of data platforms, pipelines, data lifecycle, and modern analytics ecosystems Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, Looker, modern BI or ML platforms Comfortable working directly with technical teams and senior stakeholders SQL experience Ideal Backgrounds Data Product Managers Technical Product Managers Analytics Product Managers Data Governance Professionals AI Product Managers with strong data foundations Technical consultants working on data transformation programs This team is modernising legacy HR technology, building enterprise-scale data products in the modern data stack, and creating new AI-enabled use cases across workforce analytics.
