Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is thrilled to invite a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a wonderful child in Matawan, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities! Schedule: Monday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM Every Other Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM Responsibilities: Deliver engaging one-to-one ABA therapy services Implement personalized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Inspire communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills Collect data and document session progress with enthusiasm Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure success Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Experience working with children preferred RBT Certification preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and dependable Ability to pass required background screenings Why Join LBAPS? • Competitive Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour- Flexible and Consistent ScheduleOngoing BCBA Supervision and SupportCompany-Sponsored RBT Training Available- RBT Certification Reimbursement AvailableCareer Growth OpportunitiesSupportive and Collaborative Team Environment Apply Today!
