Our lead&nbsp;product candidate,&nbsp;palazestrant, is&nbsp;a novel, orally&nbsp;available&nbsp;complete estrogen receptor antagonist (CERAN)&nbsp;and selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD)&nbsp;currently in&nbsp;two&nbsp;pivotal&nbsp;Phase 3&nbsp;clinical&nbsp;trials.&nbsp;We expect top-line data from OPERA-01,&nbsp;our&nbsp;ongoing&nbsp;Phase 3 trial of&nbsp;palazestrant&nbsp;as a monotherapy in patients with&nbsp;second- or third-line&nbsp;ER+/HER2-&nbsp;metastatic breast cancer (MBC), in the fall&nbsp;which, if successful, could lead to our first potential&nbsp;approval and&nbsp;commercial launch&nbsp;in 2027. OPERA-02,&nbsp;our&nbsp;Phase 3 trial of&nbsp;palazestrant&nbsp;in combination with&nbsp;ribociblib&nbsp;in patients with frontline&nbsp;ER+/HER2- MBC, is&nbsp;enrolling patients.&nbsp;Together&nbsp;with its&nbsp;mechanism of action, pharmacokinetic properties,&nbsp;and&nbsp;the potential to&nbsp;demonstrate&nbsp;activity in both&nbsp;ESR1&nbsp;wild-type and mutant tumors,&nbsp;palazestrant&nbsp;has the potential to&nbsp;transform the metastatic breast cancer treatment paradigm and&nbsp;access&nbsp;a&nbsp;$15 billion&nbsp;global market opportunity. Our follow-on product candidate, OP-3136, is a potent KAT6 inhibitor with&nbsp;the&nbsp;potential to generate further value and meaningfully&nbsp;impact&nbsp;the&nbsp;metastatic breast&nbsp;cancer&nbsp;treatment landscape – particularly in combination with&nbsp;palazestrant.&nbsp;We recently reported&nbsp;encouraging&nbsp;Phase 1&nbsp;monotherapy&nbsp;data from this program&nbsp;across multiple solid tumor types and&nbsp;are&nbsp;advancing&nbsp;patient&nbsp;enrollment in the&nbsp;ongoing&nbsp;combination&nbsp;arms&nbsp;in MBC. The role reports to the SVP, Commercial&nbsp;Strategy&nbsp;and Operations.&nbsp; The Director of Insights and Analytics will serve as a strategic thought partner to Commercial leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing together&nbsp;primary market research, forecasting, and competitive intelligence,&nbsp;to address Olema’s most important business questions.&nbsp; This individual will develop a deep understanding of customers, patients, and competitors, and translate that understanding into clear implications and recommendations for the business. The role will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;ensuring that Olema has the right insights at the right time to inform decisions ranging from product strategy and launch planning to customer engagement, market development, and investment prioritization.&nbsp; This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a leader who is comfortable framing ambiguous business questions, designing research and analytical approaches, pressure-testing assumptions, and translating disparate information into executive-ready recommendations.&nbsp; This role will be based out of either our San Francisco or Boston offices and will require approximately 20%&nbsp;travel.&nbsp; Your work will&nbsp;primarily&nbsp;encompass:&nbsp; Integrated Insights &amp; Strategic Decision Support&nbsp; Serve as the lead insights thought partner to Commercial leadership,&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;the critical questions, risks, and opportunities that should inform strategy and execution.&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead an&nbsp;integrated insights planning process&nbsp;and synthesize primary research, secondary data, competitive intelligence, epidemiology, and market developments into a cohesive market perspective.&nbsp;&nbsp; Translate insights into clear implications and recommendations,&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;priority knowledge gaps and the&nbsp;appropriate approach&nbsp;to address them.&nbsp;&nbsp; Primary Market Research &amp; Customer Insights&nbsp; Own the primary market research strategy and annual research plan supporting Olema’s portfolio and commercialization priorities.&nbsp;&nbsp; Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research to generate insights into unmet needs, treatment decisions, product&nbsp;perceptions, adoption barriers, and market opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp; Forecasting &amp; Market Assessment&nbsp; Lead the development, refinement, and governance of&nbsp;patient-based commercial forecasts&nbsp;for Olema’s late-stage portfolio,&nbsp;incorporating epidemiology, patient flow, market research, competitive dynamics, access assumptions, analogs, and clinical and regulatory events.&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and communicate scenario-based forecasts to support long-range planning, portfolio prioritization, lifecycle strategy, and business development assessments.&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive Intelligence &amp; Market Foresight&nbsp; Lead commercial competitive intelligence for Olema’s priority disease areas,&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;an integrated view of competitors, emerging mechanisms, and evolving treatment paradigms.&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead synthesis around major congresses, data readouts, regulatory events, and other high-impact milestones.&nbsp;&nbsp; Launch Readiness &amp; Performance Insights&nbsp; Define the&nbsp;strategic measurement framework&nbsp;for launch, including KPIs and leading indicators spanning patient dynamics, customer engagement, access, adoption, and market evolution.&nbsp;&nbsp; Partner with&nbsp;analytical&nbsp;colleagues to ensure required data, reporting, and measurement capabilities are in place.&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead interpretation of launch performance, integrating quantitative signals with primary research, field insights, and competitive context to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;drivers and recommended actions.&nbsp; &nbsp;Ideal&nbsp;Candidate Profile &gt;&gt;&gt;&nbsp;Commercial Competitive Intelligence Leader&nbsp; A love of challenging, important work.&nbsp;We are a pragmatic team, driven to imagine and develop meaningful therapies for improving lives.
