Unit: CASE MANAGEMENT Job Summary: RN Case Manager- 8:00 am • 4:30pm shift available with rotating weekends working between floors or may be one of the unit case managers . Also, 12 hours shifts available with rotating weekends in the ER. Experienced RN Case Managers needed to join this award winning 250+ bed hospital located in the panhandle of Northwest Florida. This facility offers open heart surgery, an Advanced Primary Stroke Center accredited by the Joint Commission, Chest Pain Center and a Cancer Care Center that is affiliated with UAB and accredited by the Commission on Cancer.
