Why We're Hiring

Complex is on the hunt for a talented and driven Video Editor to join our dynamic Post Production team. If you're passionate about cutting-edge storytelling, fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects & Photoshop, and thrive in a fast-paced editorial environment, this is your opportunity to help shape the visual voice of one of the most influential brands in pop culture. This is a temporary freelance position with the potential to be extended.

As a Video Editor, you’ll be central to creating sharp, captivating edits across our wide range of digital content—including YouTube series, social-first videos, sizzles, and sponsored content. This role requires a rare blend of editorial creativity, technical fluency, and efficient project management.
