# Marketing Manager

Location: Kenosha, WI We’re looking for a driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive new business for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, executing campaigns, and seeing the immediate impact of their work. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, events, or sales, this is a great opportunity to transition into a professional marketing career with strong growth potential. Key Responsibilities Execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives for client brands Promote brand awareness and engage directly with customers Educate customers on products and services offered by our clients Track campaign performance and help identify growth opportunities Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support business development Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a positive brand experience Requirements Full-time availability Strong communication and people skills Organized and able to manage multiple marketing initiatives High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred) Motivated to grow within a fast-paced business environment What We Offer Hands-on marketing and business training Collaborative, team-oriented environment Clear opportunities for career advancement The chance to work with growing brands and high-impact marketing campaigns High-performing team members will have the opportunity to advance into leadership roles as the company continues to expand.
