Registered Nurse - Orthopedics/Spine, Full Time

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in line with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Maintain compliance with care standards and organizational values. Perform duties consistent with mission, values, and service standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure proper documentation and uphold patient confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license for the state or compact licensure meeting state requirements. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, and others may be required based on unit needs. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements required for patient care. Additional Requirements: Meeting state board requirements for licensure and maintaining current certifications as needed.
