Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.  Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates Remove junk safely from homes and businesses Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided) Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance No prior junk removal experience required
• we train you. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement. Professional Growth: Our team members grow fast. Advancement pathways include: Certified Sales Lead People Development Lead Operations Lead Senior Sales Director of People Development Director of Operations General Manager We promote from within whenever possible!Pay: $20–$22+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + 10/hr base ) Base hourly rate Tips Uncapped profit share & performance incentives Overtime Schedule: Part Time: 2-3 shifts per week or Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week 1 mandatory weekend shift Shifts run 8–10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):DOT Medical Certification A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
