Job Title: Advanced Software Engineer Employment Type: Full-Time Location : Atlanta, GA, United States (On-Site) Compensation : $115,000 - $150,000 per year + Annual Bonus + Full Benefits (Good-faith estimated range) About the Opportunity Honeywell is looking for an Advanced Software Engineer in Atlanta, GA to build high-performance software applications, scalable microservices, and connected enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities Software Architecture & Coding: Design and implement high-quality, scalable code in Java, C#, or Python following clean architecture principles. Cloud & Microservices: Build RESTful APIs and containerized microservices deployed on AWS or Azure platforms. CI/CD & Automation: Establish automated unit tests, integration tests, and deployment pipelines using modern DevOps tools. Code Reviews & Mentorship: Participate in peer code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural technical evaluations. Agile Delivery: Collaborate within cross-functional Scrum teams to ensure rapid, dependable software delivery. Candidate Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience. Technical Stack: Strong knowledge of modern backend frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core), relational/NoSQL databases, and Docker/Kubernetes. Skills: Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
