Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate

Position Summary We are looking for an Associate & Senior Associate to join Investor Relations team, bringing solid knowledge of both banking sector and capital markets together with a strong analytical mindset. This is a unique opportunity to help and develop IR function from the ground up, while engaging with potential shareholders and all relevant stakeholders to effectively communicate the Bank’s growth story throughout post IPO journey. This role will support senior management and IR Lead in managing the Bank's relationships with investors, analysts, and rating agencies as well as in preparing earnings materials. Responsibilities Collaborate with relevant departments within the Bank to keep investor relations data up to date and accurate, Contribute to updating the Investor Relations website and related documentation, Support the preparation of investor presentations (earnings/investor decks) and periodic internal reports, Closely monitor the banking sector, peer banks, and macroeconomic developments, ensuring timely information flow to senior management and relevant units, Keep senior management informed regularly on share price performance and broader market developments, Monitor and summarize analyst and credit rating agency reports, and report key points to senior management, Prepare financial and non-financial analysis that support an accurate and consistent representation of the Bank's story to investors, Involve in upcoming meetings, roadshows, and conferences with domestic and international investors, and prepare related documentation Support the preparation of Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) disclosures, Central Securities Depository (MKK) and Electronic General Meeting System (e-GKS) processes in line with regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred), Minimum 1-2 years of experience in investor relations, financial reporting, audit, corporate finance or capital markets, Familiarity with bank accounting and financial statement analysis; capable of performing basic financial analysis, Comprehensive knowledge of capital market instruments (equity in particular), Preferably holds Capital Markets Board (SPK) licenses (Capital Market Activities Advanced Level and Corporate Governance) or is willing to pursue, Advanced written and spoken English proficiency, Strong written/verbal communication and coordination skills, Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Analytical mindset, curious, and research-oriented, Team-oriented, results-driven, with high personal motivation.
