This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a seasoned professional with 8–10+ years of HOA/high-rise property management experience, strong business and financial acumen, operational expertise, and a luxury hospitality mindset. The General Manager serves as the trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, senior leader of the onsite team, and a key ambassador to residents. This role oversees $7M+ operating and reserve budgets, capital projects, vendor partnerships, building operations, and complex community matters while ensuring an exceptional resident experience. We are looking for a strategic, polished, people-focused leader who can balance financial stewardship, operational excellence, Board relations, luxury service, and team development.
