# Content Operations Manager

We're looking for someone who breathes YouTube videos and eats viral Instagram reels for breakfast. Someone who thinks about thumbnails, argues about hooks, and has strong opinions on why videos go viral. You'll own content at Newbond Lab, making it, shaping it, shipping it. But you won't be doing it the slow way. We've built our own systems and a crew of AI agents that handle the heavy lifting: research, scripts, titles, carousels, thumbnails, distribution. Your job is to run that machine, direct it, and put taste on top of it. What you'll do Run our content engine: every piece we publish goes through our own system Direct the AI, decide what's good, kill what isn't Make and edit the work yourself: hooks, titles, captions, carousels, thumbnails, short-form cuts Own the calendar and publish across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X Watch retention and CTR, then adjust, fast You'll be a fit if Your English is excellent. You'll be writing copy people read. This one isn't flexible You have an eye. You can look at two layouts and instantly know which one works, and make it yourself You're genuinely obsessed with YouTube packaging, hooks, why that video worked and the next one didn't You actually live on social. Not "I follow trends" you know what happened this week and why it mattered You're curious about NEW AI tools. Obviously use them LLMs daily. Bonus points You've grown a channel or an account yourself, even a small one You can edit video, or at least cut a decent short You've used AI tools seriously in a real workflow What you get Competitive salary + performance bonuses Direct access to both founders.
