We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, strengthen our planning and reporting processes, and provide strategic financial insight to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and medium- to long-term financial planning processes; analyse actual results and provide decision-making support to senior management. Manage cash flow and working capital effectively, monitoring and improving the financial efficiency of receivables, payables, and inventory cycles. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, overseeing the cost, maturity, and risk balance of loans, leasing, guarantees, and other financial instruments. Monitor foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity, and customer credit risks; develop and implement hedging strategies using foreign exchange and commodity derivatives and other appropriate financial instruments. Prepare and present monthly, periodic, and annual financial reports, including budget-versus-actual, forecast, profitability, and performance analyses, to the Executive Committee. Conduct profitability analyses by product, customer, market, and sales channel, providing financial insight for commercial and operational decision-making. Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses for investment projects. Ensure that payment, collection, banking, cash, current account, cheque, promissory note, and other daily finance operations are carried out accurately, securely, and on time. Manage letters of credit, documentary collections, export financing, and other trade finance processes related to import and export operations. Work closely with Accounting and relevant business units to ensure accurate and timely period-end closing, reconciliation, financial reporting, tax filing, accrual, and payment processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls, authorisation matrices, company policies, and applicable regulations. Monitor foreign exchange and banking legislation, as well as current regulations issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) , and coordinate the necessary company-wide actions. Ensure the effective use of ERP and financial reporting systems, particularly SAP; lead automation, data quality, and process improvement initiatives. Explore AI-powered finance applications, assess suitable use cases, and contribute to their implementation across finance processes. Set goals for the finance team and manage workload allocation, employee development, performance, and succession planning. Build strong collaboration and alignment across all internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordinated execution toward shared business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 10 years of experience in finance, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role involving team leadership. Preferably experienced in finance management within a large-scale, manufacturing, and export-oriented industrial organisation. Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow management, working capital, financial analysis, balance-sheet analysis, risk management, and management reporting. Strong knowledge of banking transactions, foreign exchange regulations, trade finance, and financial instruments. Hands-on experience in foreign exchange and commodity derivatives. Up-to-date knowledge of regulations issued by the CBRT and BRSA that affect corporate financial operations. Experience using ERP systems; SAP knowledge and advanced Excel reporting skills are preferred. Interest in and practical awareness or experience of AI applications in finance. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and results-oriented execution skills. Ability to establish effective collaboration and alignment among different functions and internal stakeholders. Experience in international operations or multi-company structures is preferred.
