What Does the Process Development Team Member Do at Farplas? Manages the industrialization of new customer and product projects, Develops and monitors project timelines, Designs, optimizes, and improves plastic injection molding and assembly processes, Carries out the commissioning of robotic and automation systems, Plans and coordinates production equipment, fixtures, and process investments, Coordinates projects with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, Leads productivity, quality, and cost-improvement initiatives, Manages projects using automotive quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC, Monitors production performance and develops continuous-improvement projects, Prepares technical documentation and reports. What Are the Requirements for a Process Development Team Member at Farplas? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, Experience in project management, Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding, assembly processes, and production lines, Experience with robotic systems, automation applications, and production equipment, Hands-on experience in new product introduction processes, including APQP, PPAP, and Run@Rate, Experience in production equipment, fixtures, and process development, Proficiency in CATIA, Siemens NX, or similar 3D design software, Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both shop-floor and office environments and take ownership, No restrictions on domestic or international travel, Strong reporting, presentation, analytical, and follow-up skills, A customer-focused mindset, Residing in—or willing to relocate to—the Asian side of Istanbul or the Kocaeli area.
