Registered Nurse - Acute Care Orthopedic Telemetry Unit

Position: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and ancillary staff, to coordinate care and discharge planning. Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust plans accordingly. Participate in evidence-based practice decisions and quality improvement activities. Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure proper handling. Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and patient-centered care environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required). Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management (preferred). Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and compassionate care.
