# "Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor"

Deep Sea Media is a social media marketing and digital advertising agency based in London, Ontario, Canada. We're hiring a freelance Graphic Designer and Video Editor to support ongoing ad management and content production for our client accounts. This is a remote, ongoing freelance role — not a one-off project. What you'll be doing: Designing static ad graphics for Meta and other social ad campaigns based on briefs and reference images we provide Editing raw influencer/UGC footage (talking-head clips, selfie-style videos) into polished, fast-paced influencer-style short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Stories Adding captions, trending audio, transitions, and hooks to make content feel native to each platform Turning around revisions quickly based on feedback, sometimes from screenshots or quick notes rather than a full brief What we're looking for: Excellent written and spoken English — C1/C2 level minimum. You'll be reading briefs, writing captions/copy, and communicating directly with the team A strong portfolio showing graphic design work (social ad creative, Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator), video editing work (CapCut/Premiere Pro/similar, ideally UGC or influencer-style short-form content), or both An understanding of what makes short-form social content perform — pacing, hooks, captions, trends Reliable availability for ongoing freelance work Nice to have: Experience editing content specifically for Meta/Instagram ad campaigns Familiarity with current TikTok/Reels editing trends and formats
