For more information: www.pluxeegroup.com; https://www.pluxee.com.tr/ 🚀 Your next challenge: Perform month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports in accordance with IFRS in line with the Group deadlines. Identify variances between actual and forecasted results, providing insights into key performance drivers, Conduct intercompany reconciliations at month-ends Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and strategic planning documents. Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide financial guidance. Work closely with external auditors and the reporting teams of Group companies to ensure accuracy and compliance, Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support timely decision-making and address specific business needs Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting tools 🌟 You’re a match, if you have: University degree (Business Administration, Economics or related fields) from a reputable university 2-5 years of experience; financial controlling/planning & analysis experience & preferably audit (Big 4) experience Knowledge on local accounting and IFRS Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
