About The Role The Recruiter will own full-cycle hiring for software engineering, data, and infrastructure teams building distributed systems, cloud platforms, developer tools, and machine-learning products. The role will partner closely with hiring managers and technical interviewers to define requirements, source qualified candidates, and move searches from intake through close. This role matters because hiring quality and speed directly affect product delivery. The Recruiter will build durable pipelines for hard-to-fill technical talent while providing a clear, responsive candidate experience across a competitive Seattle market. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineers, data engineers, machine-learning engineers, and technical program managers Partner with hiring managers to scope role requirements, establish interview plans, and calibrate candidate evaluation criteria Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, technical communities, and targeted outreach campaigns Coordinate technical interviews across coding, system design, infrastructure, and behavioral stages using an ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever Write precise outreach and recruiting content that communicates the technical challenges, team scope, and career opportunity Track funnel health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and source performance through ATS and recruiting dashboards Deliver a consistent candidate experience by managing communication, feedback collection, offer coordination, and closing activities What We Are Looking For 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting software engineering, data, infrastructure, or other technical roles Working knowledge of technical concepts including APIs, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, databases, and machine learning workflows Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse or Lever, and structured interview processes Strong sourcing, screening, written communication, and candidate-closing skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches, interview loops, and stakeholders simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience recruiting for Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Python, Java, Go, or machine-learning roles; familiarity with recruiting analytics, talent mapping, or technical sourcing tools
