Davis Law Firm is an established and trusted source of legal counsel and advocacy throughout the South Texas communities and beyond. We are a highly skilled, compassionate, and accomplished team working together to offer our full and focused attention to our clients, working together in pursuit of their legal goals and objectives pertaining to personal injury claims. High-volume inbound call center utilizing a soft-web-based phone system. Documenting all calls in the firm's case management software (FileVine Case Management system). Manage and respond to online/live chat inquiries professionally. Communicate professionally with clients, legal staff, medical providers, co-workers, etc. 1-2 years of prior call center experience. ~ Exceptional customer service skills. ~ Accurate data entry in our FileVine Case Management system. ~ Basic PC and telephone skills. ~ Familiarity with Outlook email and Microsoft Word. ~ Able to work in an office/call center setting as the position is local to San Antonio (position is in-office/onsite). ~ Bilingual is a plus. ~ Monday-Friday work schedule.
