Job Summary And Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Performs triage by assessing patient’s health and continuously monitor; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures Provides patient and family education We are offering $20,000 sign-on incentive to new hires who meet eligibility requirements Required Job Requirements Associate’s Degree in Nursing Registered Nurse: ND Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6
• months Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6
• months Preferred Medical-Surgical Unit and/or Long-Term Care RN experience Where You'll Work CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, have a variety of skills from clinical to project management. In our Critical Access Hospital, you will be exposed to the emergency department, acute care (Med/Surg), swing bed, surgery, outpatient treatment, and so much more!
