Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager • Phoenix, AZ. This is a role with one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the United States. They are in the luxury home goods space. As the business scales, they're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across channels. The Role This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role owning brand growth, acquisition, engagement and revenue. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, bringing influencer, social, email/SMS, paid, affiliate, creative and eCommerce together into one joined-up plan. You'll build the strategy, manage the people and partners delivering it, and own the results. Key Responsibilities Strategy: Build and run integrated marketing plans tied to revenue goals, from planning through measurement and optimization, and spot opportunities across acquisition, retention and brand. Influencer & Partnerships: Own the influencer program end to end, including sourcing, negotiating and managing creators, measuring ROI, and reusing creator content across paid, organic, email and site. Social & Content: Set the direction for organic social, especially Instagram and TikTok, working with creative to produce on-brand content that uses UGC and trends. Email & SMS: Oversee lifecycle strategy with channel managers, covering launches, promotions and retention campaigns that tie into wider initiatives. Affiliate & Digital: Work with the affiliate, paid media and eCommerce teams to align activity, improve ROI and deliver seasonal campaigns. Team & Projects: Coordinate internal teams and external partners, and set priorities, timelines and accountability so work ships quickly and well. What You'll Bring 3+ years in DTC Marketing A track record of building and executing integrated, multichannel strategies Strong grasp of influencer, social, email/SMS, affiliate and digital acquisition Experience negotiating and managing creator or brand partnerships Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, Meta, Google Ads or TikTok is a plus What's on Offer Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Life insurance Plus many more
