You will work closely with doctors, practice leaders, and our Operations team to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase new patient opportunities, consultations, starts, referrals, and overall practice production. We are looking for someone who can think strategically but also enjoys getting into the details and making things happen. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to make a measurable impact across a growing network of orthodontic and pediatric practices. What You'll Do Practice Growth Develop and execute marketing strategies designed to grow individual orthodontic and pediatric practices. Partner directly with doctors and practice leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and local markets. Develop strategies to increase new patient leads, consultations, starts, referrals, and practice production. Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including Google Ads, SEO, social media, websites, online reputation, and other lead-generation channels. Track marketing performance and use data to determine what is working and where opportunities exist. Monitor marketing ROI and make recommendations on where marketing dollars should be invested. Help practices improve lead follow-up and conversion from inquiry to scheduled consultation and start. Develop local community and referral marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for events, community partnerships, school outreach, physician/dentist relationships, and other local growth initiatives. Share successful marketing strategies and best practices across the EPIC4 network. Manage outside marketing agencies, vendors, and partners as needed. Develop scalable marketing tools, resources, and processes that can be used across multiple practices. EPIC4 Marketing Build and strengthen the EPIC4 brand and market presence. Manage the content on EPIC4's website, social media, and other corporate marketing channels. Create content that communicates who EPIC4 is and what makes our model different. Support marketing efforts related to partnerships and acquisitions. Develop materials and content that help communicate the EPIC4 story to prospective doctor partners. Highlight the doctors, practices, culture, and successes that make EPIC4 unique. Support company events, announcements, and other corporate communications. What We're Looking For 5+ years of marketing experience, including direct experience in orthodontic or dental practice marketing. Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable practice growth. Experience supporting marketing across multiple locations or practices strongly preferred. Strong understanding of the orthodontic/dental patient journey, including new patient acquisition, consultation conversion, starts, referral relationships, and local practice marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, social media, and reputation management. Comfortable using marketing data, KPIs, conversion metrics, and ROI to guide strategy and investment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering directly with doctors and practice leaders. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple practices, projects, and priorities simultaneously. Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with the ability to move between strategy and execution. Experience managing outside agencies, vendors, and marketing partners. . You'll be successful when our practices are generating more qualified new patient opportunities, converting more leads into consultations and starts, and seeing measurable results from their marketing investments. You'll also help EPIC4 build a strong brand that attracts great doctors, supports our growing network, and tells the story of who we are.
